中国高温气冷堆蒸汽发生器制造技术获得突破China's manufacturing technology for high temperature gas cooled reactor steam generator breakthrough

  据科技日报报道,从清华大学核能与新能源技术研究院获悉,国家科技重大专项高温气冷堆核电站的核心设备蒸汽发生器,近日完成首套螺旋盘管组件的安装,标志着我国高温气冷堆蒸汽发生器主要制造工艺瓶颈获得突破。

  专家认为,蒸汽发生器螺旋盘管换热组件的结构设计在工艺上是可实现的,整套套装工艺合理可行,可以应用到蒸汽发生器产品中的螺旋盘管组件安装。

  蒸汽发生器是高温气冷堆示范工程的关键设备,主要功能是将反应堆产生的热量通过一次侧氦气将二次侧的水加热成过热蒸汽从而推动汽轮机组发电。

Experts believe that the steam generator structure design of spiral coil heat transfer components is achievable in the process, the whole suit is reasonable and practical, can be applied to the spiral coil component of steam generator product installation.


Steam generator is the key equipment of high temperature gas cooled reactor demonstration projects, and the heat generated by the main function is the reactor through the primary side helium to secondary side water heating into superheated steam to drive steam turbine to generate electricity.
