售后服务 Service

  产品质量是企业的生命,也是我公司的一贯宗旨。我公司在确保产品质量方面有ISO9001:2000的国际质量保证体系,其中包括对产品的售前、售中、售后服务和对客户的技术咨询,技术培训,加强和沟通我公司和用户之间的联系,特此我公司作出如下承诺:  
  保质期:衬氟管道三年,衬氟阀门二年  
  售前服务 
  产品订货前期产品介绍、技术交底、质量保证。  
  售中服务  
  1、 产品使用过程中工厂定期组织技术、质检等服务人员进行用户访问,征询用户对产品质量、使用状况、改进意见等方面的反馈,以便进一步提高产品质量。  
  2、 对一些较特殊或复杂的产品,工厂安排用户有关人员对产品的使用、故障排除、调试及维修等进行培训。 
  售后服务 
  1、 我厂产品在质保期内,实行“三包”服务(包退、包换、保修)。 
  2、 对用户投诉的质量问题,立即作出反映,售后服务人员在24`48小时赶赴现场,解决问题。 
  3、 在售后服务中,要求用户填写服务后的质量反馈信息表,以便改进我们的服务工作。
